Ingredients
- 25 deveined prawns
- 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
- 2 tbsp green chilli-coriander-ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- oil to shallow fry
Instructions
- Marinate the prawns in the sauces and paste.
- Add salt as per taste.
- Keep for 15 minutes.
- Dust each prawn lightly with rice flour.
- Shallow fry on hot pan with little oil.
- Serve with cut onions.
- Servings : 4-5 people
- Ready in : 35 Minutes
