Elisabeth Bellamy is a non-amateur member of the OLC Board of Directors. She is a qualified and experienced lawyer with many years of legal practice in the UK and Singapore. Steven graduated as a lawyer in 1997 and spent the next 10 years working in the UK and abroad managing recruitment in the legal and financial sectors. Elisabeth Davies has extensive experience working in the non-profit and public sectors, where she specializes in dispute resolution and consumer protection. Martin has a background in business, technology consulting, business transformation and business management. Dale is a qualified lawyer (not currently practising) and received a CBE in 2013 for services to equality and diversity. Alison`s current non-executive portfolio focuses on continuous improvement, quality customer service and good regulation. Jane Martin has dedicated her career to understanding and promoting accountability in the public service, and was the first female Director of the Public Oversight Centre. Harindra (Hari) is a lay member of the OLC Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee (ARAC). Until June 2021, Annette worked for the Financial Mediation Service, where she held the position of Director of Strategy and Engagement. Paul is the Senior Ombudsman and joined the organization in January 2021.
